REFUND POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
